if you search "magura style lever" you see several affordable 'new' ones that are very close. They are chrome, but it is nothing some sanding and spray paint can't fix.

The clutch lever used was identified awhile ago by M56 Smart One as a Magura Short lever.

At this point the stuff is so old, half the time, you only find things in museums.

Actually Moosh, the lever bit was more correctly identified by yourself, if I remember correctly.
Adam, did the hard yards on the perch, but his lever was off (and he's not posted a pic of the replacement lever he got yet).

As Terran said, there's still plenty of cheap levers on ebay. Perches are a bit more expensive, but you could opt to go with a modern / different brand perch fitting and modify the lever.

Measured in a straight line, the blade by itself is 6-1/2"/16cm

In the perch with cable adjuster, it measures 8-1/4"/20.5cm

Shipping to Canada would be $16 for one lever/perch and $20 for two lever sets.

BTW, the actual "vintage" Magura lever blades are polished forged aluminum, not black. We have those as well (we're Magura's biggest USA distributor).

Now I'm curious - what is the difference between the brake lever and the clutch lever?

As Adam pointed out - a small hole on the lever for (I assume) the brake line. You can see in the reference image and on my bent lever, the hole is present on the Magura logo. It could be argued both smartguns used a brake lever (Vasquez) and the clutch lever (Drake) since I haven't really scrutinized Drake's smartgun to verify this theory.

Who owns Drake's gun?

A collector who I guess wants to be anonymous. Adam documented having met him in his master thread, but names were purposefully left out. Not sure if that was the collector's request or simply a courtesy Adam put out there.

Side, note, the same guy also has the "tech manual" Pulse rifle. The wooden handle is quite distinctive. He lists it as "production made, but not screen used". I believe that is only half accurate. Parts were def screen used. I believe the main Thompson ser#s have been matched from the tech manual rifle to the primary "ideal 8" rifle featured in the main production photo. With all rifles having been disassembled after filming, then reassembled later, additional parts must have been added. As the reassembled alien 3 rifles show, end results were not exact. However the Thompson itself and probably most parts were very likely screen used. But that is a bit of a tangent. One hard core lucky collector is the point.

I thought Harry Harris had Drake's gun.
