Hi all,
I made my annual drive from Denver to Indianapolis for this years Comic Con. The same weekend as Dragon Con!
The car was full of gear and a new addition. I was excited to surprise my family with a new Xenomorph costume!
I was nervous with Saturday approaching and hoping everything would go well!
My daughter and Son both volunteered to suit up as the Xenomorph! They were just as excited as I was when they saw it! We had one mishap with the SmartGun headset. My daughter dropped it getting out of the cab at the hotel and the camera broke off at the ear piece. Of course, I didn’t have any glue to fix it. So we went without it.
First round up on Saturday morning, my daughter suited up in the xenomorph! She did a great job and everyone one loved seeing her and we had many requests for pictures. During our photo shoot, we met Mark or Attack2077, suited up as a Colonial Marine. It was a pleasure meeting him and he joined our group, staying with us most of the day. After a couple hours, Nicole was exhausted in the hot suit. So we headed back to the hotel. I took a shower and everyone else rested. I assumed we were done but after an hour rest, Scott suited up as the Xenomorph and back we went. At one point he was attacked by a Predator and that encounter drew a huge crowd of eager fans taking photos and video! It was an Awesome moment. In the end they both shook hands, calling it a draw! The rest of my Marines/family and new found friends looked amazing. We had a great time and had a lot of happy fans! Enjoy some of our pictures. Great meeting you Mark/Attack2077
