OK, to include characters in cannon in the future you would have to choose individuals that have immortality or regenerative abilities that grant the same equivalent.

To my readings these individual could still be around by then:
Painkiller Jane
Jessica Jones
Andrew Bennett
Deadman
Etrigan
Solomon Grundy
Wonder Woman
Frankenstein
Deadpool
Wolverine
Dracula
Thor
Mr. Sinister
Vandal Savage
Candra
Ra's Al Ghul

Of those one could speculate these individuals might be involved with the USCM:
Vandal Savage in some sort of leadership role
Painkiller Jane
Jessica Jones
Deadpool
Wolverine
Arguably Ra's Al Ghul in some sort of spec ops leadership role.

The following characters already have Aliens crossover comics:
Superman
Batman
Archie

This is more of a speculation on how you could incorporate crossover comics into the main story line and not skew the timelines or cannon any.
