Hey guys,
Apart from one being black and the other being white. Is there a difference between the Jobo minilux and the Jobo minilight?

My guess would be that they have a differend wavelength of the emitted light.
Could be that one is for B/W and the other for color photography.

Ah right but from athe size and shape are they the same? Could a minilight be used on a motion tracker?

They are basically the same. The "minilight color" actually came in black and in white (google images clearly shows both). The hyperdyne "how to" features a black "minilight color". I myself have a black "minilux color" that seems identical. Should be good either way.
