The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Made using various figures, I didn't want to bore you all with details but I can't post it if anyones interested. I will say that the base figure was Maise from the Jurassic World line.

That's awesome work, Dropshipbob.

I for one would be very happy to see details of how you did this - what materials/glues etc you used.

I'll be doing something similar in future to crew my APC. Do you know if there are forums that cover 1:18 custom figures? So far I've drawn a blank.

Thank you Skiffy! I'll post the details in a bit.

There are a few forums that cover 1:18th custom figures with varying degrees of helpfulness. Joecustoms.com is pretty good, and then there's hisstank.com, but that one is geared mostly towards people creating GI Joe customs or altering pre-existing figures to look better...but the info can be applied to any figure. There's also thefwoosh.com, but they cover all ranges of figures, but again, the info can be applied to any scale.
