The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Would anyone have a HIGH REZ picture of the Nostromo (towing vehicle only) as level and "head-on" as possible? Or if anyone has a model and could take one?

Unfortunately, I don't, but I'm very curious about why you're looking for one...

Isn't there a head on shot in the film you could screen grab?

There might be, but I don't think it will be high rez enough.

CptFlyingToaster, I'm planning on making a playset for the ReAction ALIEN figures based on a digital design I saw on the internet. It uses a base from one of the old Star Wars Jawa/Sand crawler sets (also used as Hoth) coupled with a custom backdrop. I'm going to try and make something similar to what Mattel would have made back in the day. See the attached picture of the digital mock-up I found.

If you can get good moulds you could probably sell it on alibaba with a minimal downpayment or minimal order...

I don't think that would be possible. The base comes from a toy made by Mattel back in the 70's/80's, I'm sure Hasbro (who bought Mattel) owns the rights to that. Not to mention it would be bad form for me to profit off someone else's idea.
