The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Last year was a music video, this year is a Gorman jacket.

I had been searching for one ever since I found out we have a military surplus store in my new area. My fiance said their selection generally isn't that good, so he told me we could find a M65 jacket online. Little did I know he got one for me for Christmas--with my future married name on the tape.

That is really awesome! Congrats on the coat, and on finding someone cool enough to do all that! Sounds like a good match.

It is. Now I need to find a Battlestar Galactica uniform for him.

Sharp.
Looks like a jacket that is going to see a lot of use.

Reboot. And I'll have to find Valkyrie patches because that's his favorite Battlestar design.

Edit: I did find Valkyrie patches. Now I just need the jacket.

It's very warm, and I'm cold pretty much year-round, so it'll definitely see a lot of use.

Good looking coat!! I wear an M65 field jacket as my daily winter coat. With the liner in it, I rarely want more than that.
