Does anyone here know haw The tripod for The sentry gun was built or is this an actual tripod from some MG,any help would be great as I would like to build one. Or has anyone built one and is willing to share there knowledge. |

Actually, the Sentry Gun Tripod uses the upper part of a WWII Mg42 tripod. However, this part is hidden inside the sentry gun's main body. The visible parts of the tripod's main structure were made from aluminium. Cheers, Stefan |

Does anyone here happen to have any useable reference photos of The tripod,all the photos I’ve found are not realy useable,i need some detail photos,so any help would be much appreciated. Cheers Neil |
