Does anybody here know how the motion tracker is coming along from Hollywood collectables. And Info or ETAs on the release.

Expensive and slow. I think HCG uses some of the other folks on the forum here for parts and finishing. Spats resin motion tracker is more accurate than other pieces. Nickatron's resin motion tracker is just as detailed and Built with a little more durability. Matsucorp has been working on a good self contained motion tracker hardware electronics piece, but, I think he still has it in the development stage.

Nickatron's motion tracker has worked well with Sean Maio and his code/hardware piece I have documented elsewhere on the forum here.

Ive got 2 real found part motion trackers. But I've also ordered the HCG one also. I was wondering if anyone here had any info. Id like to see a fully built electronics kit for the fan built MT. Unfortunatly nobody has done one since hyperdyne labs. And they were pricey.

Hmmm.... I need to work on the second motion tracker setup and get the additional scripts working. Are you just wanting a kit you can slap in there? My setup only works well with the nickatron props unit.

I know matsucorp was working on one at some point.

If you can't wait, my write up lists all the parts you need to buy and where to buy them.

This bloody thing keeps getting pushed back and delayed. I wonder what the hold up is?

HCG relies on others for their pieces. As some may not know the cosplay community builders and sellers sometimes have a slight delay on building stuff and volume orders take a huge amount of time to crank out depending upon the item.

It may be a recast, they've stolen out very own Nick-a-Tron's Ghostbusters Trap and called it their own.

It's not. The master is made from original parts.

hi everyone i almost have my motion tracker done .. i understand they are very difficult to find lighting for .. i think i solved that problem. jupiterstore.com makes a kit for a ghostbusters ghost trap in a blue color. I installed it and it work very well . the only modification that's needed is to add a green led light so you have one red and one green led . and of course the blue bar graff . as far as price they are about 50 dollars . i hope this helps some people with their motion tracker kit.
