Propstore have very kindly sent me some hi-resolution unwatermarked images of the items for sale in their upcoming Live Auction so I thought I'd share them here with you folks. I'll feature each item in a separate post. The auction is on Tuesday the 26th September at the IMAX cinema in London's Waterloo, I'll be there - come and find me and say hi! All the pieces (except the Queen Arms) can be seen in a preview exhibition which is on now until the day of the auction itself. Hey Willie, the Dropship model has the same black over spray that I've heard was also used on the Dropship helmets and locator tubes, but the stunt PR doesn't have it. Do you know offhand if the over spray was done on other items?

I made some notes at the auction - bear in mind though that these are the hammer prices and so don't include any buyers or sellers premiums, or taxes. Lot 17; Alien script: £1,700 Lot 18: Frost T-shirt: £3,000 Lot 19: Aliens egg: £3,500 Lot 20: Queen arms: £1,500 Lot 21: Alien Warrior tail: £900 Lot 22: Stunt Pulse Rifle: £20,000 Lot 23: Alien Warrior costume: £50,000 Lot 24: Miniature Dropship: £40,000 Lot 25: AVP Grid Alien Head: £3,750 According to forbes.com the Alien Warrior costume sold for £61,000 so if that's accurate it gives you some idea of how much more the buyer actually has to pay! I feel like this thread needs a big old BUMP and update. Propstore continues to sell original items and has the very best photos of screen used props. Almost feel like prop-store items might even need to be sticky-ed/pinned to the top. Latest round includes supposed screen used Hicks knife. Interesting bit is that it supposedly had a CAMO handle that was painted black. Still has the silver "scalemead" blade, unlike the more popular camo handle 'night raider' dark blade variant.
