All these are accessible by a slightly more than short walk to the old city. Or a 5 dollar Uber drive.

Holiday Inn and Tennessean can keep their bars open by specific request and some poking by the stars I noticed. That is another option as well.

From the impressions I have gotten it appears an all night after party is how you all handle the prolonged inflow and outflow of late comers.

Oh man this is going to be kick-ass.

Jenette Goldstein has just signed up to attend too.

Due to lack of some responsiveness and newness of the group at the event, I can't get this organized for this drop. Next time perhaps.

I will at least get rough costs for next time regardless and see how much enthusiasm there is for such an event.

Working on it. Red tape is rather severe on this stuff. Beyond the con the city has to approve it. Because of recent security events at other cons nationally the city may nix the whole thing.

I will still pursue things to see what interest the city has in such things.

As long as you are within the city limits you can use KAT (Knoxville Area Transit) They have a 97-98% on time rate and an all day fare is 4 dollars, a one way fare is 1.50. 11 lines run on Sunday. They were rated as the best mass transit system in the nation.
