One cheap baseball cap, about £1.50 from Ebay. An embroidered patch, about £3 from Ebay. A bit of sewing and voila, one Sulacco crew cap...

Nice choice of cap color to complement the patch. The peak on the cap is also nice and makes it look more like part of a uniform.
