Thanks Noble and other members (retrograde and Quarax) for locating the real world piece of the "pump widget" for the Aliens Motion Tracker !!!
I was able to get one after following their advice, and use these terms.
"Sphygmomanometer" - in lay terms a blood pressure measuring device. The "pump widget" is the backside mechanism of the large display dial. Kinda like a clock mechanism for a clock face. Its amazing to finally see it in real life. Very Surreal.
"Wall unit" - not the handheld version. it has a large dial to display.
"Accucare" - this proved crucial. Other terms that I have heard of over the years were "CE 0123" and "Assess" and "Diagnostics". I'm sure there is an exact European make and model from the '80s that went out of business that we can't find. But for the very minor modifications of filling some holes and making new ones, plus changing out of the nipple/nozzle - Accucare works.
