in theory it should go as high as you want it but most home printers have reasonably small build platforms. (mine is 200mm x 200mm) this in itself is not a problem because you can do bigger prints by slicing the model up and assembling the parts afterwards.

your main problem might be that as you go bigger the detail on the model looks a bit sparse. In addition, I would personally be thinking about modifying that model to print the wheels separately.

My main problem is patience. A decent size print can take well over 24hrs to complete, so a sliced up larger model could take a week or more. I have also had tremendous problems with prints warping. it's all good fun though
