Ooh that looks nice!

It's a shame that Collette (Ferro) Hiller doesn't get invited to these reunions, I guess because she lives in the UK.

Amazing that Cameron will be there.

Colette and Trevor were up for participating in the Comicapalooza event but the organiser wasn't interested, sadly.
It may have been the air fare that put them off. So long as they've got the big guns, I don't think organisers are too bothered about the other cast members, which is a shame really since it was the lower profile cast that really contributed to the conventions back when the scene got started.

Trevor was invited by Fox to appear at one of the Drafthouse Alamo screenings but they pulled that rug when I figured out, after a coupla emails, that they hadn't done their research and checked to see where he lived. He'd got excited about the prospect of going over to the US for that celebration and it was a great disappointment to him when that didn't work out. That was a pity as well, since a return flight for Fox would have been a drop in the ocean.

A shame.
Those who had the luck to meet Collette (Ferro) Hiller and/or Trevor
know what the others are missing.

Would be interesting to hear from Cameron how he though it could have continued after Aliens.

That really blows about Fox's attitude toward the supporting cast.

Also, I am actually a bit bummed at hearing they are doing another reunion so quickly, and at SDCC.

I have been holding out hope we might be pleasently surprised with a similar event at DragonCon (or any other event that is actually within 6-10 hours of me). With them having just done comicPalooza and now SDCC, I fear a 3rd event is just expecting too much from that group. I would love it if they just turned it into a full blown tour and hit all the big cons, but somehow I doubt it and I don't think SDCC helps the D*Con odds.

With Cameron, Biehn and Henn all sitting there I hope SOMETHING more than just Weaver's involvement is confirmed for A5. How great would a surprise visit to the stage by Blomkamp be??

Willie,

Any existing bloopers fixed in this version?

Like:

The exposed metal beam on the Queen's neck.

Flying bullet casings

I think there was a thread somewhere compiling all the errors.

That new one with the model guy in the mini colony background....

Sadly, no - Fox had ZERO budget to go back into the film itself. Just the new Cameron interview which we were lucky to get - as time goes on and digital takes over completely, the home video budgets for physical releases grows even smaller...

If we go down that road too far, it leads to George Lucas' idea of 'fixing things'.

They fixed a few things last release.

Like:
Not seeing bishop's body under the floor when grabbing newt at the end

Fixing the order of ripley pulling the PR and Flamer, then taping together

Not sure about any other bits.

I'm not talking about a LUCAS style rework.

One bit that always bugged me were the marks on the glass from a previous take when Ripley was hitting it with the chair. That was fixed.

I'm hoping for something more than just that too. A surprise visit by Blomkamp with some new reveal would be great. I suspect we're getting this since they wont be showing anything off from Covenant.
