The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Been working with our own Matt Noble on figuring out a way to bring these to market. MUCH cheaper to make a master and have someone run castings:

COOL! And floor tiles too???

Casting would be nice (online 3D printing services would run at about US$100 each 1:6 scale tile, which is ouchy of course).

A) This is amazingly awesome and cool. I want some!

B) I've never noticed the lit writing/numbers between the panels in Hadley's Hope! That's so cool! Wait, or is reflective tape catching the flash? The pipes are glowing too...

The Neca setup is great!

Okay diorama time. This means time to throw some money! ;)
I would definitely be in for a few sets to build a corridor.

Throw a Sentry Gun in there and all you need left is a deck of cards.

Any chance to get these at 1:32 and with even finer printing? I could well use a set.

It may be possible - first step is to lock down and mold and caster, if we can get that infrastructure set up, we should be able to print additional scales. The colony pillar dimensions were taken directly off production reference.

Blap! Models in Canada is a highly professional casting service and I have already worked with them. They have cast several of my models in the past and the castings are crisp and clean and the resin is of the non-stinky quality. I can definately recommend them.

I would be interested in ordering floor tiles and supports if this becomes a run.

Willie, you mind if I post these images in an "interest" thread over on the SSF forum?
Lots of figure fans over there that don't frequent here for some reason. I think you will get a good response and drum up interested buyers pretty quick.

Of course, totally fine - I'm sure the Star Wars crowd will dig the pallet as well. We're currently on the hunt for a higher res printer to minimize clean up...

Willie, this is what I slapped together. Were you on the SSF?

Please let me know if you want me to edit or change anything (be it inaccurate info/content or even not the 'tone' you wanted presented).

I'm not a member there - at least I don't think. I'll try and log in some way, but I'm sure it's fine...
