Thought I'd share this

As a UK resident - I had a hard time locating a genuine Gerber MK2 sheath for my costume.
After speaking with my father a few months ago, he told me that if I could provide him with enough reference material, and appropriate measurements - he was pretty sure he could make one.
Well, he out did himself.
He's done one for me, and followed up with a very limited run.
He'll be putting them up on eBay in a week or so, so if you fancy your own, go for it.
He's perfectly happy with pre-sales, but I want to respect the site rules - so please don't consider this a sale post.
Anyways, check it out!!!!
It includes the correct vintage M1910/1940 clips - which were reclaimed from redundant military equipment.
The sheaths only differ from the originals in that they do not include the Gerber trademark stamp. And they are hand stitched as opposed to machine stitching - the version they were modelled upon included a welt to more easily accept a real knife. He made these as replicas for costuming purposes so they don't include the welt as they are designed to only accept a resin or rubber Gerber MK2 Replica.
