my name is Felix and I am a German designer.

I have some really good ideas for some USCM / COLONIAL MARINES T-SHIRT DESIGNS - but I do not know how to handle the copyrights! I do not want to tell you my ideas, cause this would be stupid ! All I can say is that you would like it and that I want to sell the shirts!

I use this T-Shirt as Example! This T-Shirt is NOT my design:



Are such elements like the patches or elements like the Pulse Rifle or Shoulder Lamps copyright protected? Have I to buy a license for that stuff?

All I can say is that I want to illustrate/draw elements LIKE THE ARMOR as example with some BADASS slogans !

What do you think about the rights?
