I had this nice resin VP and thought it should match the look of a pulse rifle. I know it’s no screen accurate, but I think it looks cooler.

I was watching the "Making of Aliens" video on youtube today and there is a sequence where the prop guy is showing off the lineup of weapons. He talks about the VP70 and looking at the video I could swear there looks like a two-tone finish on there.
