The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I've been reading that Derrick Baena is no longer producing copies of the M41-A Pulse Rifle field manual. I've been trying to find out if anyone, who is lucky enough to own a copy, has began producing their own copies of it? :delta:

He is still producing the manuals (I've just been in contact with him over the last week in regards to this).

Base cost is US$110 (and then there's a bunch of customisations which you can have done for a wee bit extra).

Erm ... I've not received my copy yet, so can't confirm but suspect that that's Extended Universe stuff that is referenced in Derrick's manual and Claire Grube has tried to make 3D models of some of this (which is a cool idea - good find).

Yeh, that piece particularly. I like how it fits so customly utilizing the front screw holes of the PR like that. I'd get this piece if I knew it existed. :delta:

Why not try contacting her and asking if she'd part with the model file? It might be 3D printable [via Shapeways etc if you don't have access to one any other way].

I tried searching her name on this page but didn't come up with any results. Is that her profile name?

I have his manual. Great work. http://www.alienscollection.com/derrick.html

Years ago, I used to sell grenades based on his designs.
