The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Had to share this am afraid
as after years of wanting one and never being able to get one have managed to snag myself a VP70 :) unfortunately it has the wrong sights and is an M not civilian Z version but having the stock and burst mode makes up for that and hey, beggars can't be choosers. Am now on the hunt for the metal top slide or standard sights. if anyone has any they want to split or a set of hens teeth to go with that would be lovely.

That looks ace, any sources you can share? Resin VP70 would be my only other option as of now.

They are indeed pretty rare. I passed on one a few months back and have been regretting it every since.

Side note regarding the "M" and "Z". I long believed the "M" (military) had the thumb contours but I have come to see images of both M and Z versions that do NOT have that contour. Looks like it may have just been early models with the contour and later ones were ambidextrous (smooth) regardless of M or Z.
