It's from Reddit. It's a 4-year old's Halloween costume and was posted by the child's mum. It caused a bit of a stir since she had allowed her daughter to see all the Aliens movies at that age.

Wouldn't allow this to my kids... You can control this, but not her dreams/nightmares. But cool work on the costume.
