Hey everyone,
Let me start off by saying I have been lurking on this board for years. since I saw Aliens for he fist time I wanted to have a pulse rifle and armor. The movie also got me started with my movie prop/FX fascination. Well I'm here today for two reasons. 1 I can happily say I'm now a proud owner of not only a pulse rifle but an almost full set of armor (minus the shoulder lamp) . the second reason is me and my film crew will be shooting an Aliens fan film here in a couple months.

I'm currently going to Academy of Art in San Fransisco for movie and television production. I put together a small crew ,a bunch of film equipment and some awesome props that I either built from scratch or got parts kits.

If Anyone on here is in the northern California are near Sacramento send me a PM if you wanna help out. Right now we only have one full set of colonial marine armor so are script is working around that. We also have almost one full alien costume.

Any help I can get from the members of this forum would be awesome. even if its just feedback. We might do some test footage this coming Tuesday but I'm going to be posting everything about the movie here. Hopefully should have a rough script/treatment worked up this coming week.

Thanks guys, Went to the shoot location today. Were're still waiting on some prop parts to show up and I have some props to finish painting. I'm going to be posting some story board stuff and the WIP projects as soon as I can.

Well we are still hashing out some details. Were're going to film a trailer first and then based on that make a 25-35 minute film. Just today we were working on time line issues and story ideas. We do know this

1. The movie and trailer will take place around 2170
2. A Weyland research facility has both a queen alien and a predator plasma caster
3. The story takes place on earth
4. The plot includes a colonial marine stranded at an alien infested research station and an early droid called a "Rook"

The working title for this film is called Aliens vs Predator : Exodus

Hey guys,
Holiday crap now over with I can give an update. So far we have finished the droids uniform and have started some pre-production painting. We recently got permission to shoot inside a real huey helicopter. We plan to use the cockpit and some green screens to make a makeshift dropship set. I should be uploading pics in a couple days
