After a great deal of debate, lasting over a year, the administration team of The Aliens Legacy
has unanimously agreed that Aaron Horrocks (username: aaronhorrocks), is to be permanently
banned from The Aliens Legacy forums, and is not welcome to take part in UACM, USCM
and UKCM public activities (including: the USCM/AL DragonCon parade group, Color Guard,
USCM/AL DragonCon fan table, USCM/AL marine meal), for reasons as follows:

1. Attitude - we feel that Aaron has become a detriment to the community as a whole.
His actions and language toward respected members of the community and the Administration
staff have been disrespectful, accusations he has made have been proven to be false,
and generally he has illustrated that despite best efforts, he is unable to function as a
member of this community.

2. Being an unreliable seller - Aaron has consistently failed to provide product. 'Facts' he has
provided have been proven to be false and misleading. Has failed to maintain effective communication
with his customers despite (as believed to be by the admin staff) ability to do so. He has
refused assistance from Admin/Moderation team members to help rectify issues of alleged
outstanding unpaid purchases from buyers. Refuses to take responsibility for his actions
(or inactions) as a seller.

This is NOT a decision that has been taken lightly. The administration team of
The Aliens Legacy like to believe that anyone is redeemable. We would normally opt
for a limited time ban, to allow an individual time to reconsider their actions and
return to the group, wiser and able to work with others.

However, Aaron's refusal to take responsibility for both his attitude and business dealings
has made it clear to the administration team that a limited time ban would have no
effect on his behavior or business dealings.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our existing members. As
members of the public you are of course free to continue or initiate business
dealings with Aaron as you see fit. The administration staff hopes that we can
now bring all matters pertaining to Aaron Horrocks to a close and get on with
the more important aspects of being a community.
