Looking for a bit of help from you guys

I have got a SPH-4 that I bought for Birds drop pilot uniform that I bought a while back and after a long time out from the hobby for personal reasons I'm not in a better state of mind to start work on the project again

I've been searching the forum and have got a bit confused over the greeb parts I need to add to the cut out sections on the ears. Could someone give me an idea of where I need to get the parts from ? I've seen the name Stephen210 but not sure if it's a member here ??

Any help would be most appreciated
