The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Hey, that looks pretty interesting, both figures do. Any additional info on licenses and prices and release dates? I'd buy those in a heartbeat...

You can never have enough Aliens figures but yep, the prices are a bit steep for 4"ers.

If the marine turns out to be a quality item, I'd buy the heck out of them for customizing.

I can't say I am too interested in the loader though. I reached loader overload some time ago and I already have the 'statue' that came with the A:CM collector's edition which is essentially the same scale.

I asked via FB and they say the price is "not yet final".

I'd imagine the price of their Marine will be similar to their alien warriors...around $22.

The power loader...$50 maybe?

These are starting to pop up for Pre-order.
http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/sear ... m_content=

$100 for the powerloader. Not sure about that. The Neca loader is only $5 more and is nearly twice the size.

Hicks and Hudson are $25 each.

No image at all for Hudson, and the Hicks picture shows the same unfinished looking paint as above. All still work in progresses I guess. Not actually out until December.

Yeah 100 bucks is a bit much for that. but yet again its a PL. but damn im not happy with Hicks, 25.00 and he is not even painted well. i will not buy any until i see the final item. but still 25.00 for a small ass action figure is pretty sad. Halo figures are better painted and cheaper lol.

That Hicks figure is terribly inaccurate.

Yeah, I'm hoping this goes well. I think the alien looks good enough, although the price point seems a bit steep. I hope that if and when they get to the Marines, that they go with the film look and not the game.

I agree that the price point seems high but I pre-ordered one anyway from Alter Ego Comics - http://alteregocomics.com. It should be shipping sometime this month. It's just hard for me not to buy these figures.

That "Hicks" has at least a dozen issues including some pretty Hudson-esque details on his grenade straps and arms. That armour is the worst I've ever seen.

I'm not even counting on them having any sort of likeness to Hudson or Hicks. I'd go into it as if they were just army builders.

These look like GI Joe / Action Force figures I used to play with during the eighties.
For $25 for the Hicks figure I could get a different Hicks figure from another manufacturer that looks a darn sight better.
