Kinda in the vein of Space Hulk, and I assume the hardback wargame rules will be like 40K itself.

You have to pledge/back the kickstarter project. Lowest pledge level is £10 for the digital rulebook, then you can add-on extras such as the miniatures. Another option would be to get in with someone who will be pledging and get some minis added in with theirs.

This is the one I posted about a few weeks ago. They are licensed, and it has been in the works for quite some time. They're the ones also bringing back Warzone.
