The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

My BDUs arrived today together with my helmet cover, radio pouch and VP70 holster!

Just my hero PR to build (!!) and the helmet and armour to get now!

And some hero grenades, of course!

Sorry about the standard of photos... Flash etc... Just ripped open the box!

Thanks Spat!

Any tips on giving them a slightly washed out look before I iron in the colour?

It depends how salty you want to go really. In the end I took a scrub brush and really worked on mine to fade them out. Not too hard to do, just be careful not to damage the cloth. With a little work you can get it to the Vasquez level of fading, or you can keep it new looking like Dietrich's.

Iron them a little first to lock it in, then wash. The more you iron, the less it fades.
