The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

That's great Matt, but I'm still hoping you'll be in it! We're probably shooting in March or April and the role of badass Smart Gunner Cpl. Rendar is yours if you'd like it!

I am, but I'll totally make it worth your while. Lobsters, lighthouses, L.L. Bean and Stephen King! Oh yeah!

I'm in the middle of a pretty drastic rewrite as some plot points from Freya 7 are actually in Alien:Isolation too. I wish we'd been able to shoot our project and release it first, but now it would look like plagarism and that's not what anyone wants. I'm blown away by A:I's fidelity to the films and frankly they pulled off stuff better than I ever could have with the budget and resources available to me.

So my mantra is fall down six times, get up seven. Freya 7 that is!

That is too bad that just for following the official Aliens Universe your amazing project gets delayed to avoid any trouble.

>they pulled off stuff better than I ever could have with the budget and resources available to me.
As you wrote “their” budget. Considering what you have archived with your budget you should be more than proud.

It’s great to see what you have done so far with it. Thanks for sharing and good luck!

We're still plugging away at this! Right now I'm building the ship's galley, inspired very much by what we see on the Nostromo.
So it isn't done but here's a sneak peek:

Looking good!

Would a stainless thermos throw off your mojo? Could give a little nod to Ripley's apartment with a stelton thermos.

Thanks ADC!

We're shooting against a huge piece of black felt and our editor has a Flame guy who is pulling them from there.
