Hiya guys.

Just finished the first draft of the "They ain't payin' us by the hour" section in the RPG, detailing basic pay, specialist pay, combat pay, mustering out pay, and pensions.

But, I want thoughts on ranks. At the moment, I'm including

ENLISTED

Private
Private First Class
Corporal
Sergeant
Staff Sergeant
Gunnery Sergeant
Senior First Sergeat
Sergeant Major

Although the Tech Manual mentions Lance Corporals and Warrant Officers, I'm not sure about fitting them in.

Any thoughts?

Oooops, missed out the First Sargeant from the list, it is in the section.

Definately considering slotting in the Lance Corporal as it's a traditional USMC rank, plus evens out NCO ranks below Sgt+.
