Recently I gave an Xbox 360 game to a friend and he sent me some Alien Kubricks as a surprise 'thank you' gift: ![]() So I decided to extend the collection a bit, by buying the Powerloader Set: ![]() It arrived today: ![]() Note the scars on Ripley's face: ![]() ![]() The PL has movable arms and legs: ![]() Getting Ripley inside and fitting the cage around her was a BITCH! ![]() ![]() A couple of posed shots: ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I seem to remember seeing that Space Jockey Mezit at a local store, but was put off from buying it because it literally had a "flat top" head. The top of it's head was so flat, you could have sat a tea cup on it. But looking at the pictures above, it doesn't seem to have this problem? Is what I'm seeing above, and what I saw in person perhaps two different products? |

These ones are made by Medicom in Japan: http://www.medicomtoy.co.jp/index_productlist.html Mez itz Alien Kubricks look more 'cartoony' than these ones. |

Kubricks are the originals. Then other companies got in on it. So if they made 2001: A Space Oddessy... would they be Kubrick Kubricks? |
