Interesting mix of stuff!! No idea on the provenance of it though!

(BTW- the pdf is 8.4 meg)

Not sure about the Alien stuff, but I did find another discrepancy.

If you scroll down to the MiB tabloids, you can clearly see that the "Aliens stole my husbads skin" newspaper is not the same one as used on screen, although they do have the same headline.
