Looking good Marine. ![]() Is that the armour you got from Glenn? If so, what type is it, Spat's or fibreglass/something else? Glenn can't remember even owning armour, so it'd be good to let him know more about it. ![]() |

Only problem is being a second hand set its already got someone's name on it that I need to remove (which is hard enough) worse part is this was Glenn's set, which makes everything a bit more meaningful. On a side note, what is the best way to remove artwork from armour? As I was typing Steve posted..... In answer to your question in wearing the spat set, Liz will be wearing the fiberglass! |

So Glenn's is the fibreglass set? ![]() A good person to ask about repainting/removing artwork from armour would be nick-a-tron. ![]() |

The chest armour needs to sit lower on you, so it's not at your throat and goes over the top of your ab pad. You might need to reshape it to do that, especially at the shoulders. It'll also help it to sit lower if you buckle up and tighten the lower set of straps at the sides first, which connect to the back section, then the upper set, then connect the shoulder sections. The belt could do with some pouches on, either Noble's or any other similar OD green ones. ![]() Might be better to fix the knife/sheath 'upside down', so the handle's at the bottom. ![]() |

Tbh I may take the knife off. It's still on there from when this was Glenns. I've got a spair 'nade strap but I'm also trying to think of something different to put there, an extra pouch maybe? |
