The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Are there any sources for 8 Point covers in USCM camo?

I know some have been made in the past, I think MAA made them, but right now, I do not believe there is a source for them.

Seems like 8 points would look kinda weird.

I know Gorman/Drake wear the OG-106 1971 hat. Are the black ones that Hudson and Apone wear the same type, just black colored?

I feel like an 8 point wouldn't fit in with the Vietnam-look of Colonial Marines very well, even though they did exist during the Vietnam era I guess.

I'm pretty sure they were just 80s era black baseball caps that had the "points" sewn into them-

They have typical plastic adjustable bands in the back-

Where as the military issue OG cap is sized and not adjustable.

Av is right that MAA did make these in a small run, but MAA is no more so any you might find will be second hand if someone wants to give theirs up.

Don and I wear ours all the time, I think they look great. the brim/bill is a little long ont the MAA ones but still look awesome. Of course this goes back to the "accuracy" thread, no where in the movie
