The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

So after seeing Rich's smartgun I've been bitten by the bug!

Managed to get a pair of ar125 hangers and have some plans for making my own mg42.

I've made up a design for the steadicam arm that I'll make myself and have an idea on what I'll use for the rig.

I'm struggling to find where I can get an ammo drum from though. Can anyone shed any light on this for me?

Cheers
Dan

And for the little cover piece, I cut up a metal flowerpot from the Pound Shop for mine! :)

Cheers guys!

I'm planning on making it from Aluminium and installing a counter, high powered LED muzzle lighting and sound using an Arduino that I've been programming for my R2-D2 project. But that's all in the future I need to get the bugger built first!
