| Post subject: | Pulse Rifle Switches - Help Needed |
Hi, I am wiring up my PR Lightbenders counter and was wondering how to wire the switches for the trigger and mag. I know nothing about electrics but thought that the trigger switch would be wired normally open and the mag switch normally closed or does it not matter? The centre of the three pins I think is power? I am thinking that it does not matter as its the change of switch state that is important. Any Ideas? |

My counter looks like this (pins/cables from the left to the right, but you should check the labels on your board, in case they differ). Red/black: power cable to 6-9V battery Yellow: trigger: connected to a trigger OR off (=this would mean it will only show static 95). Green: Magazine: If you have a removable magazine use a switch to detect insert/removal otherwise connect both green/magazine cables/pins. White: For an On/Off switch OR closed (=cables connected) if you don’t want a switch. Note: It sounds you are using it for a resin PR without mag or movable counter, in this case you may still want an on/off switch instead of removing the battery to turn it off. For the switch you can check Spat’s SPulse instruction page. I hope this helps. |
