The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Post subject: Need help with Hicks' Ithaca Model 37 shotgun

Hello everyone! A friend of mine is doing a costume of Sgt. Osiris from Tropic Thunder. Turns out, he uses the same kind of shotgun that Hicks did. Does anyone know of a replica that can be found without breaking the bank? Please let me know!
Thanks,
HUMVEE Driver

There are cheap springer/airsoft verions out there which can be had for a few dollars.
Just remember the cheaper it is, the less likely it's going to last at actually shooting it.

For just costuming though....should be fine.
Just search 'airsoft shotgun' on eBay and find one that looks the same.

Look for the one called an M58. Not sure if it's the same abroad but the cheap but nice looking airsoft on in the UK has that number for a name, I believe the manufacturer is HFC or Well. Hope this helps :)
