Are the white outlines around the keys raised? I have...ideas...

I think they're barely raised at all, with the whole keypad being a sheet of thin plastic.

Right, but you can feel them when you run your fingers over them?

Also, do the keys push? Like tactile? Can you feel them "click"?

No, you don't feel them 'click' at all. You can barely feel any depression of the key at all.

ill also add that when i rub my fingers over mine the white boxes around the numbers is raised - the numbers themselves are not raised

I'm going to try to duplicate the keypad, raised outlines, texture, everything. They're hard to find! So the SL-85 is the correct one, while the SL-80 is just close?

Sometimes at work I have to duplicate things like this, so I think it will be a good exercise. If I can pull it off, it might as well benefit my MT, right?

I'm assuming the scans that are availiable are accurate? I found a couple using the forum search.

Yes... the Casio SL-85 is the only CORRECT version for the screen-used Motion Tracker keypad.

Both earlier and later Casio versions are indeed similar, and some nearly identical -- but only the SL-85 is truly correct.
