Chris, I think he means from the ground up, not associated with a con. Make it an "ALIENS" convention. The only problem with this idea is that conventions are extremely expensive to hold, and last I checked none of the folks on this board are millionares - are they?:D

I considered that he may have meant that but realistically, the Con/venue, for obvious reasons, is really the place for something like this.

The other way to do it is to find an established, yet small, convention somewhere and contact them about hosting an Aliens cast reunion. They already have the place, the attendees, the staff, and the dealers, add in someone with access to the Aliens actors and fans, and they would beg for that kind of help.

Of course, if someone does use this tactic, that TIE Pilot #3 Fan Film guy should get a free room and free airfare!

Sooner Con 2006, about a mile from my house coincidentally enough

Looking to get a USCM fan table, major props and hopefully a few cast members. Its first year was only this year but it went down really well.
Best thing about it is the guy running the costuming and props side of it is a HUGE Aliens and USCM fan (no its not me)

Got an email today from Ms Cynthia Scott apologising for not getting back to me sooner after D Con.

She is just finishing up her first semester of Grad School and has just got her email back up again.
She said to tell everyone she had a great time and it was a pleasure meeting you all.
