I emailed them earlier today about pricing etc to the UK. I saw the thread on Scifi forum. I asked if they can do them in a font size of 42 going by what Matt had said. Just waiting to hear back. They look good though and it's cool that they can do it in the correct font. Darren |

Yes. U need to spec that font. I did a size comparison to the original handwritten SU ones, and the type size should be 42. So, spec the font style and size, and you should get some really clean name tags. Also, make sure to let them know if you want velcro on them or not. Also, I don't forget to thank the user on the SFM who did all the leg work to make this project happen. I don't think he's on this board. (moped1967) |

K, I just got off the phone with this lady and she says she does not know what a size 42 font is (and jumped my ass cause I was the 5th person to request it, LOL!). They have a normal set of font measurements that they used based on the length of the name and the height of the tape. So I just said make mine like the other guys' and she was cool with that. I just spoke to the lady myself also. Although she cannot go by the font size of 42 as her software does not work this way, she says that the fonts are still scaleable. So, if someone can say how high the lettering is in inches then she can still do them to a more screen accurate sizing. Would anyone happen to know this at all? Or Harry, if maybe you could measure on your Hudson ones? You may be right Dom. But I figure if I can get something more accurate without excessive hassle then I might as well do it. Why not. I'll be ordering some from her regardless but I would prefer to get the look as close as possible, despite this being embroidered and not handwritten of course. Darren |

Okay. Type size of 42 is .45in in height. I think .50 is okay, and probably easier for them. We should set a standard, to make it easier. Hope that helps.
