It was awesome seeing everyone again. The parade was a blast. Sorry I wasn't at the dinner, but I had two con virgins to mentor. By the way, Rex looked very heroic and dashing in his new dress uniform with flag blowing perfect in the wind. Looks like a recruitment poster!! Oops... is that an idea? LOL!

Max met us downstairs early Friday morning.....cinnamon rolls, cornbread and OJ awaited us (thank you to all who brought them).

I must say his armor and pulse rifle was impressive for just using screen caps and cardboard materials etc.
He marched perfectly in line and even took on a bug or two with Sean to get the crowd going.

Max, it was a pleasure parading with you and hope to see you again next year.

When the national flag is carried, as in a procession, with another flag or with other flags, the place of the flag is on the marching right, i.e., the left of an observer whom the flag is approaching, or if there is a line of other flags, in front of the center of that line. In addition, when flags of two or more nations are displayed, they are to be flown from separate staffs of the same height. The national flags of other nations shall be displayed, right to left, in the alphabetical order of the names of the nations in the English language. The flags should be of approximately equal size.
