Fal, Data and myself have suggested that you share with Rich since you both only want Fri and Sat nights. Data will then book a twin room for himself and if someone else needs a room for all 3 nights they can share with him.

As I would like Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.

I think it would be best if I booked a Double room.

Then Rich or Pete can cancel and both of you share a room.
