I've already disassembled the entire thing actually. I think the second circlip broke my pliers.

Just pull out the shaft. Everything else should then just fall out.

Indeed. It's only a thicker rubber piece and comes off very easy with a tool.

If I see it correctly in the plan (can't read it clear on my smartphone), part 58 is the key to remove the rest in the upper drill section. Take a hammer and a drift punch and it comes off wonderful. Like on mine recently.
Seems to be I have to make a Kango drill lightsaber from the spare parts :))
