The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

I'm hoping to stay the course and see all four films. 8)

Mainly because there are no trains back home between 2 and 4am, so I may as well stay anyway.

Yeah, we're hitting night buses - where abouts do you have to get to?

Early night for me tonight with a lay in tomorrow morning, so I last as long as possible tomorrow night. :D

Will probably wear my old Alien War T-shirt, so look out for me in the queue/foyer. 8)

I look like this:

I'll be in my 2PAT BDU pants and black WY shirt with some guy who looks like Fal Bowden ;)

We're in Row F and with 30 minutes between movies we should all be able to have a chat before he and I head out during A3.

I *WON'T* be being Alien tonight :( I will be in a black t-shirt with "Xeno Inside" on the front, and combat trousers. I warn you: I'll be alot uglier than in most of the Pictures you may have seen of me!

See y'all there :)

Erk!

I won't be at the Aliens film thing tonight; got a friend in need of a shoulder to cry on, so will be visiting her instead.

So Pug can stretch out or swap to my seat if he wants. :)

I not there tonight so you won't see me I'm afraid. lol

I was in town all day having spent the better part of the morning in Whitehall so had I thought of it I probably could have hung around. But then I would have had to get changed and then find somewhere to stash the dress uniform, might have been a pain in the arse so probably best.

Oh well. :(

Alien 3 will be starting in a half hour, if I weren't so damn tired I might watch it along with you at home! :D

Well, that was a fun day out :3

Took Tony out and decided to turn up a little while earlier and go and see Sunshine while we were in town, which I heartily endorse as a thinking-man's Armageddon and well worth a watch (out in July now in the US, brought forward from September).

Alien and Aliens, wow. Just... wow. Seeing it on the big screen for the first time, it is insanely impressive, and to see them on their original 1979 and 1986 prints just made it all the more worthwhile. I've never seen that retro X-Rating logo before Alien before, so that made me giggle.

Nice seeing Andrew and Gareth again - I'm sorry those of you who couldn't make it weren't there. It was one hell of an experience. :D

Well I wanted to go but I`ve only just got back from a wedding yesterday :(
Great day but that has to have been a great night watching these on the BIG screen (A1 & A2 I`ve never seen on the big screen).

Glad though people had a great time.

Yup, a great night. AMAZING seeing all the films on a huge screen. I got there a little late, but was in time to see the 'hugger jump out of his egg onto John Hurt! :D

Great to see ADC and Fal Bowden again, and cool to finally meet Tony! Next time, you can meet ABE :) :)

WOW!!!

Not only was Alien and Aliens MEGA impressive on the big screen I swear there were points I had never noticed before and being so close on a f*CKING huge screen it made me see a lot of items I never saw before.

Hicks' strap on his shotty holster for one - now I know what needs to be done to mine.

Gareth and Andy - great to finally meet some UKCM other than Pete. Pete - thank you for being a VERY kind host and I hope you felt better after some sleep.

If any of you get the chance to see either movie on big screen - DO IT!!!

And thanks again Pete for taking me to see Sunshine, was truly a great movie and well worth a look for anyone else thinking on it ;)

Just wanted to reiterate what a good night it was seeing the films at Imax.
I'd always wanted to go to a cinema all nighter, and what better films to do that with?

I hadn't seen Alien 3 on the big screen before, and strangely enjoyed it alot more than expected.

Great to meet Tony at long last, and to see Pete and Gareth again. Gareth is the ultimate Aliens fan, flying down from Scotland – well done, fella!
And Tony was there in BDU's, which was pretty cool.

And Tony, thanks for the gifts!

Andrew
