The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Thanks guys!

Probs should of put him a separate thread! Hahaha!

PVB: I would happily make you one mate but the base figure for him is pretty rare now and I'm only using half of him! It would end up costing more than its probably worth, but if I find a cheap one I'll let you know bud :)

PM me about any base designs by the way chaps.
:)

I am impressed with how well the cardboard turned out!

Heres a link to a full color paper M41A. Its not .pdo, but it looks like it would work just as good. I think I might give it a try just as a stand-in until I get something more legit, as well.

Thanks mate,

I made that PR about 5-6 years ago, it's not bad if you can't get anything else but be sure to print it at 95% of the original size or it'll be huge!

Sounds like a plan. Did you re-enforce the paper with any kind of clear coat resin for durability? I think maybe 1-2 thin coats of SOMETHING wouldn't have it turn out half bad for a prop.

I personally didn't coat it in anything because I thought the ink may start to run, but I can't imagine that you couldn't re-paint it I that does happen.
