The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Holy crapola!
I am quite new here so this is the first time I have seen this thread. I think all the superlatives have already been taken, but it deserves a whole lot of praise, so er, fantabulous work! (Making up a word was the only way of not repeating someone else!)

That is just stunning!

This has to be one of the greatest replicas ever made. The only other thing that comes close in complexity, awesomeness and execution would be some of the Darth Vader costumes out there.

Steve......words cannot express how amazing those look...WOW!

As for the power source....internal I think would be a lot easier and hassle free.....but cables actually coming out would add some realism to it maybe.
It escapes me which would be more screen accurate.....but if you have the space in the helmet....why not?

The helmet has the cable coming out of it on screen. However it is plugged into the back pack. I figured it would be cool to utilize it in some fashion.

Thanks again. OH soooo close I can alomst taste it. Just have the inner front to get vac formed and Whola Done.
Should be totally completed in approx. 2 weeks at the longest.

Okay here is where I am at. These really blend in with the helmet and are hard to see if your not looking for them. Hence no real good pictures I guess.

I can't think of anything else I need to do to these at this point.....

I am trying to knock a few out too to get a little bit ahead of the curve.

Best

Steve

Lovely!

What are you using for the colored bits on the back of the helmets? Found buttons, bits of plexi?

The others are "in the pipe. Five by five"... Opps .. wrong movie...

Those of you who are on the list ,in the order received, will be contacted when your is going to be started. At that time we will work out the details with you.

If you have not contacted us about one you can PM me or Richie for the details.

Thanks for all the kind words.

I have found that no two of these are exactly the same. I have to hand fit to the interior detailing. So please be patient as you all aready have been.

Thanks again

Steve

Wow, that looks amazing - and looks great next to the Hot Toys figure there.

Can't wait to get my fat head stuck into one! ;)

Once again truly amazing work.
This helmet was in Aliens, at the beginning when the door has been cut out of the shuttle, and the laser thingy is looking around, there is Ripleys white helmet sitting on the floor, so this helmet is an Aliens prop as well as an Alien one. Well done, two movies in one.

Once again well done Steve
