There has been several requests, as of late, regarding the grip that I use on my own custom airsoft pulse rifle. Makes a brudda wonder if there is some new AEG m1a1 out on the market ...or somethin' ...

In any event, I thought that I had already posted this here but it must have fallen off the deep end with the months gone by. Please forgive the glare in some of these pics. I've painted the shroud and the grip since then.



Here is the line up of grips. From left to right: OEM TM M1A1, GM/MIM white resin PR, Matsucorp™ black resin PR grip(s). I could have used the GM/MIM grip since it came with the kit but opted for the black resin considering this is the one component of my PR that WILL get handled the most.



Installation is easy. Remove the small screw at the base of the old grip & slide it off of the grip frame. (Please be sure NOT to do this while swimming or boating since you will have access to some electrical components here.) Installation is the reverse of the removal. As shown: some light sanding with no need for any filler.



Test fit. Again, please forgive the glare from the shroud. It has been dressed out since the time these photos were taken. IIRC, I coated the new replacement grip with a Krylon BBQ Black several months later. What you see here is completely unfinished.

...and the swimming or boating part, ...don't ask...
