The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

Aliexpress also skirts copyright laws so the sets may be unlicensed...

just fan based ones. lforces had no interest in a aliexpress one more to the point of a hell no.

Larry Lars just releases instructions... I was looking at about a 5k investment to get a set through aliexpress released.

The biggest problem is parts. Lego went away from a custom order setup to a static type deal in the early 2000s. I think it had something to do with almost going under and licensing issue concerns...

That does sound like a good deal. I'd probably snap that up, but I've already got a ton of parts purchased to build my own, I just can't figure out how to do it.

A power loader. I've got all sorts of images of versions other people have built and posted on the net, I just either lack a few key parts or simply can't figure out how some of it is built. I know there are instructions out there, the parts I have just aren't the right ones to match up. I know I can just make my own, but I swear my imagination seems to shut down when I dump all those parts out.

You want lego designer based sets. Those actually allow you to manipulate the model so you can see what goes where and it has an animation for assembly and disassembly. .lxd is the file extension.

I think that is a derivative of the other sets out there. The chinese sellers try to each sell as much as they can. I may have started something when I tried to get a larry lars set commissioned...
