The discussion of the Alien series of films and the props used in them is the aim, but if it's got Big Bugs and Big Guns, then they are welcome too!

"To help extend the experience onsite, SEGA will also launch an Alien: Isolation Motion Tracker app available as a free download for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android devices. The app recreates the motion tracker used in both the original film and new game which will allow fans to locate the Alien: Isolation game at Nerd HQ."

So all these glaring inaccuracies on a game that is still a work in progress are enough for people to pretty much swear off it before it's even released?

I have little hope that SEGA will refrain from interfering, as they seem to always do so with Alien franchise games and the results always seem to include inaccuracies that us fanboys rip to pieces... But I'm still going to play this. Guaranteed!!

It won't stop me, and I've been pretty vocal. The thing is, the issues are with a silly little add-on, the actual game still looks great.

I gather that Creative Assembly/Sega bought a Bob Auld kit themselves.

But there is also a moderate chance it's Adam Savage... :)

I'd love that patch! The new setting for this game is great. I love the name!

Contrary to initial info, you're not alone with the Alien, just without any help from others on board.

People who win the "Egg Challenge" at PAX get this awesome jacket for free. I wish they would sell these.

With all the extra crap they're doing, I really hope the game is as good as they possibly could make it.

That jacket is very cool :)

They're giving them to the lowest time winner each day in Survivor Mode at EGX at Earls Court this week.

I'll be there tomorrow, but doubt I'll get a decent time.

Not going now, lack of funds means staying at home.

I wouldn't have even completed it anyway, let alone got the best time. :)

Very cool jacket! I'm absolute rubbish at games so I'll just admire from afar.
