Just found this flash game with a familiar theme!

I also had a question, I recall reading years ago about how Fox shut down an aliens mod for quake 1. I was wondering if someone were to make an aliens total conversion for a game with a more modern engine-you know something the fans would love without the ai weaknesses of certain recent games, is there a possibility of it getting squashed as well? Even if it's a non profit fan project?
